I decided to lump all the raw ingredients together in one section, to hopefully give you a better overview of all the things we have to put together your own custom orchid mixes! (Diatomite - all sizes - are still on their own page, but worth adding to any custom mix). Please note that working with some of these ingredients can be make you itch (perlite), give you splinters (bark), and make you and everything around you extremely dirty (charcoal). Making mixes involving charcoal and perlite should be an outdoor activity! Please remember to wear a dust mask with these two as well! You want something special, but don't want the hassle or mess?
